Is there a minimum for the winter workwear bundle?

No. Order one bundle or multiple bundles.

How long does fulfillment take?

Estimated fulfillment is 14–21 days. Lead times may change during busy periods or due to supplier delays and other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is expected to take longer, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate.

When does the offer end?

The promotion runs through November 15, 2026.

Will I receive a separate artwork proof?

No separate proof is provided for print-ready artwork. Please review your uploaded design, spelling, and selected decoration options carefully before placing your order. We produce your order using the artwork you submit. Screen colors may differ from the finished print.

Have an AI-generated design or a logo that needs cleanup?

Artwork Preparation is $20 per design when your supplied artwork needs minor edits to become print-ready. This can include background removal, minor cleanup, and improving resolution where possible, including AI-generated artwork. It does not include a new logo or a complete redesign. Low-quality files cannot always be restored; if more extensive work is needed, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Is there an embroidery setup fee?

Selecting embroidery adds a one-time $25 Embroidery Setup fee per logo, per embroidery location, in addition to the $5-per-bundle embroidered left-chest upgrade. This covers converting your logo into an embroidery stitch file (digitizing). It is not charged for each garment. A different logo or embroidery location requires a separate setup fee.
