These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mags Custom website and purchases from Mags Custom. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Mags Custom creates made-to-order and personalized products. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, decline, or request clarification on an order before production. Product colors, placement, and finished appearance may vary slightly from on-screen previews because of materials and production processes.
CUSTOMER ARTWORK, LOGOS, AND CONTENT
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any artwork, logo, text, image, or other content you provide. By submitting content, you represent that it does not infringe another party’s rights and authorize Mags Custom to use it solely to produce your order. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable.
PROOFS AND PRODUCTION
When a proof or clarification is needed, you are responsible for reviewing the details you provide and responding promptly. Production timelines begin after the information and approvals needed to complete the order are received. Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment authorization is required before an order is accepted for production.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Custom and personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned after the order is placed, except when they are damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error by Mags Custom. Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. Local pickup orders are available only when offered at checkout and must be collected from Mags Custom during the stated pickup hours.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mags Custom’s liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
PRIVACY
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use customer information to process orders, provide customer support, and operate our services.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts serving Chautauqua County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
